Equipped with a servo control system, it allows flexible adjustment of paper feeding speed, suitable for materials like PTFE membranes and filter paper with a width of up to 800mm, meeting diverse production needs of air filter elements, liquid filter materials, etc.
Its intelligent slitting technology ensures material size error within ±0.1mm, with high and uniform folding accuracy, significantly enhancing the filtration efficiency and structural strength of filter elements. Applicable to the pre-treatment process of filter materials in filter manufacturing enterprises, environmental protection equipment manufacturers, and mask manufacturers, the entire process from raw material unwinding to folding and shaping is fully automated.
