Products Description

This fiberglass pleated paper production line is composed of three intelligent modules: paper cutting, pleating and gluing. It is equipped with an industrial automation control system to achieve full-process digital control from raw paper processing to finished product output. Each module adopts a standardized interface design and synchronizes production data in real time through an intelligent linkage system, supporting the parameter switching of products of different specifications within 3 minutes. The equipment is compatible with glass fiber base paper in the weight range of 50-500g/㎡, and is equipped with a self-developed fault prediction system. The average mean time between failures exceeds 8,000 hours. It is suitable for multi-variety, small-batch trial production and large-scale mass production scenarios, providing highly flexible production solutions for filter material manufacturing enterprises.
